Frequently Asked Questions
What is the standard return window?
We accept returns on unused, full-price items within 30 days of purchase. The product must remain in its original condition, and you will need to contact us beforehand to initiate the process.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we provide free shipping on all electric scooters delivered to the UK and Europe. For spare parts and accessories, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Does my scooter come with a warranty?
Every electric scooter purchased directly from us includes a one-year warranty covering major electrical and mechanical factory defects. We also offer a three-month warranty on spare parts if they are fitted by our London workshop.
Why is my voucher code showing as invalid?
Your discount might be rejected if the promotion has expired, if you are trying to apply it to an excluded accessory, or if there is already an active offer in your cart.
Will I pay import duties on international orders?
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your shipment may be subject to local import taxes and customs duties. These fees are determined by your country’s authorities and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I stack multiple discount codes?
Our checkout only permits one promo code per order. If your items are already discounted in a sale, you generally will not be able to apply an additional voucher on top.
