Frequently Asked Questions
Does TN Nursery have a standard free shipping threshold?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and special packaging required for live plants. We suggest watching for their seasonal free shipping promotions, as they do not maintain a permanent free delivery threshold.
What is the TN Nursery guarantee on live plants?
They back their shipments with a 100% “Alive Arrive” quality guarantee. This ensures that your dormant bare-root trees and perennials are healthy and fully viable upon delivery, giving you complete confidence before planting them in your home garden.
How are the plants packaged for delivery?
All plants are shipped bare-root and dormant directly from their Tennessee farm. They are packaged with moisture-retaining materials rather than heavy soil and containers, making them ready to plant immediately.
Do they offer discounts for larger landscape projects?
Yes, you can significantly lower your overall per-plant cost by purchasing their bundled landscape collections. Sourcing options like the 25-fern naturalizing bundle or their curated pollinator starter packs is a highly cost-effective way to fill a larger garden space.
Can I apply more than one discount code at checkout?
The store’s checkout system limits you to a single promotional offer per order. If you attempt to paste a second discount voucher into the field, the system will simply replace the one you entered previously rather than stacking the savings.
Does clicking your links make my plants more expensive?
No, it never costs you extra. We may earn a small commission when you shop through our platform, but you will always pay the standard or discounted rate provided by the nursery.
